StayDistrict does not process bookings. When you click "Book on VRBO" or similar links, you are redirected to VRBO.com where the booking is completed. Your booking is subject to VRBO's terms, cancellation policies, and payment processing. We are not responsible for:

  • The accuracy of pricing, availability, or property descriptions on VRBO.
  • Any disputes between you and a property owner or VRBO.
  • Cancellations, refunds, or changes to bookings made through VRBO.

4. Listing Accuracy

Property information (prices, photos, amenities, descriptions) is sourced from VRBO and may not always be current. Prices displayed on StayDistrict are approximate and may differ from the actual booking price on VRBO. Prices are converted from GBP and shown in USD as an estimate. Always verify final pricing on VRBO before booking.

5. Affiliate Disclosure

StayDistrict earns commission from qualifying bookings made through our affiliate links to VRBO. This does not affect the price you pay. Our affiliate relationship does not influence which properties we display or their ordering.

6. Intellectual Property

The StayDistrict name, logo, website design, and original content are our property. Property images and descriptions are sourced from VRBO and belong to their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

StayDistrict is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or any bookings made through third-party platforms.
