Woodside Room B&B, sleeps 2THIS LISTING IS FOR THE WOODSIDE BEDROOM WITH A QUEEN BED AND DESK in an owner occupied B&B. My rustic log home is located on Lake Memphremagog adjacent to the bike path that runs along the lake and is groomed for cross-country skiing in the winter. This room shares a full bathroom with my other guestroom. Lake access includes a small private beach with chairs, a canoe & kayak. A simple Continental Breakfast is served. Limited kitchen access is available upon request.
