New floors on lower level, new carpet an all stairs and hallways!Only few steps away from Sachem trail. Rented only few times a year. We are in Building 10. On most days we put on the skis right in front of the condo and ski to Sachem, which is maybe 50 steps away. If snow permits, you can ski back all the way to the building. No n
