Underneath the house you will see a picnic area with tables and chairs where you can enjoy a meal with the family. This will lead you to the fenced playground in the back where the kids can play safely. Also underneath the house is an outdoor, enclosed shower where you can wash the sand off your feet when returning from the beach, which is only about one minute walking distance.Y
