Don't Cross Seawall to Get to the Beach!!!Only 2 vehicles allowed on property. No parties allowed, no smoking in condo, and no loud activities please. No pets. HOA has strict NO animal policy and service or special needs dogs will not be allowed without an approved application. Service Animal Application MUST be approved at least 2 weeks prior to rental. You can ask us for the application. Unapproved animals are fined $250 by HOA. Violation of condo rules will result in loss of deposit.Lovely 1
