There is a public boat ramp only minutes from the house by land or water if you choose to bring your own boat. While most properties on Lake Travis are at least an hour from downtown, our location is only 35 minutes from downtown Austin so you can enjoy the lake and nightlife. Great for couples and families with kids. Not suitable for events or loud groups/p
