Pool is shared by a small number of houses.. Close to lake, to fish or watch wildlife. This part of beach is never that busy, mostly homes and smaller condos. New washer/dryer. Sheets, towels are provided. Master is on main floor/ 1st floor. With 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath on 2nd. Note : Now have new flooring on first floor
