Breezy Hutt~ Complimentary golf cartWe are not a rental company; this is our beach home that we want others to enjoy as well. No pets. We do offer a complimentary golf cart. If a renter gets a golf cart violation, the cart will no longer be available to future renters. No discounts if this happens since we do not charge extra for the golf cart.$500 Security/Damage Deposit is refundable. (No damage to home or violations of house policy or Ocean Lakes policies.) YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK
