It has incredible views of the Low Country marshes and the intercoastal waterway. Sunsets are spectacular. For boating enthusiasts, we are a half mile from a public boat ramp. The beach and state park are 20 minutes away.The house is on the second floor over a large two car garage, giving particularly pretty views from this higher vantage point
