Cozy Studio with access to pool, Lake and Dock.Being from Sweden we get a lot of visitors that stay for a longer period of time in our home, so we created a cozy studio apartment for our guests to stay when they come to visit. The studio is located in the basement to our main home but has a separate entrance than the main house and a full kitchen with a full bathroom.
