Rustic Updated Cabin in the Heart of the Appalachian High CountryOur little vacation cabin is situated among the foot hills of the Appalachian chain and was built in the 1940s as a tenant farmer's house. It stands on our 15 acre property, up the hill, hidden and behind the big old farmhouse where my husband and I live. It is a quiet and private spot. You can watch the birds and see the stars.
