One Street Over - Cottage by the Sea!We are now open for rentals all year long! We book Saturday to Saturday and have a 7 night minimum. We do rent with a 3 night minimum if the rental dates are still available and is one month or less from the arrival date. Example, arrival date is August 7, 2023, we will consider 3 nights minimum beginning July 7, 2023. We love working with families with up to two pets. We will consider an additional pet for a charge.
