The floor plan is great for multiple families or groups with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 living spaces. The upstairs has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One is a ensuite. The downstairs is the same but one of the bedrooms is a bunk room with 4 beds. If you need an extra beds, you'll find a pull out couch in the downstairs and there is a trundle bed if you need
