Perfect Hamptons house near the water for a casual weekend out eastSafe neighborhood in Hampton Bays. Unfortunately, we do not have a pool. The bay is a 7 min walk, ocean beach is a 7-10 min drive. and a short walk to town. The village of Southampton is only a 14 min drive. please note, we consider our house to be a family home. With that being said, we ask that you look at our home rules and respect it as if it were yours.
