The property is located on 250 acres with space to roam, walk, play in the snow, and explore. Just a short walk or golf cart ride down to a shared private beach, with lots of activities for the whole family. Guests are free to use all the kayaks, paddleboards, beach chairs, games and toys. It is also close to several ski mountains, (Sunapee 35 mins, Crotched 20,and Pats Peak 15)
