Cozy new built home for 2, country living with city near byMy husband and I built and designed this house (900 square foot) for simple/retirement living. In floor heating, mini split AC. There is a large pond that separates us and our son/neighbor. We often see wild life here. We have a small patio in the front and a bigger one in the back yard.
