Lovely Riverfront HomeOur home is on the banks of the Chocolay River and just over 2 miles by car from Lake Superior. The city bike path can be joined 1 mile down the road. Extensive hiking, mountain biking and snowshoeing trails are about 10-15 minutes away. We have river kayaks for your use, and depending on the water level and log jams, it is a 2 or 3 hour paddle downriver to either a take out spot or Lake Superior, depending on how far you’d like to go.
