Cape Cod Pond CottageMy great little cottage is located across the road from Great Pond, a fresh water lake. It's half a mile from the bay (First Encounter Beach) and a mile from the ocean (Coast Guard Beach). The bicycle path, which you can take all the way up to Provincetown, runs right behind the property.There is an open kitchen/dining/living area, three small bedrooms and one bathroom.
