Historic two-story house in Old Town Steamboat Springs. Quiet neighborhood.My wife and I remodeled the home in 2019 and is a charming vacation get away. It has two bedrooms, one on each floor, 2 1/2 baths, large entry, dining area, living room, kitchen with Kombucha and beer on tap. The Spruce Nest is on a dead-end street. However, near the end of the street is a trail that follows Butcher Knife Creek for a ways and leads to a dog park several blocks away. Downtown is about a 10 minute walk, lea
