Northshore Getaway, lake view, private docks. Add'l rental next door #2331962Our vacation home is located in the peaceful area of Martinez Lake called The Northshore. We have a second rental on same property if you have a large group(#2331962). We have two private docks with a cement ramp that is shared between the two houses: one is 30' by 40' dock and the other is smaller, good for PWC or small boat. Water ski , wake board, jet ski, or tube in Martinez Lake Proper just 200 yards from dock. Bea
